Ecos del Sur
Ecos del Sur is a visual exploration of contrast, bridging the silent, raw extremities of South America with the pulsating, rhythmic energy of its urban centers. Shot entirely on a Sony Alpha 7 II across Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, this project is an intimate travel diary that refuses to stick to just one lane. It balances the stark, dramatic isolation of the "End of the World" with the warmth, traditions, and spontaneous daily life of the people who call this continent home. With this project, I wanted to show that the dramatic loneliness felt in parts of Fire Land or along the crests of the Andes, and the crowded, noisy streets of Argentina and Brazil are entirely connected. They are not opposites, but rather two halves of the same heartbeat.
